César Anca Alicante

BIOGRAPHY

After doing his cuisine studies in Hotel Escuela in Madrid’s Autonomous Region, Césa Anca starts his professional career in Cabo Mayor’s restaurant under Pedro Larumbe’s command to continue in as emblematic establishments of the nineties in Madrid as Samarkanda restaurant, el Amparo restaurant, la Leyenda restaurant, Taberna del Sumiller restaurant and hotels as Villa Magna or Palace, having been with the best Spanish professionals as Antonio Ortega or Martín Berasategui.

In 1997, César Anca, decides to settle in Alicante, where he opened his own restaurant, “Restaurante César Anca”, which he runs with his associate and friend Alberto Zaragoza.

In 2010 he opened another new restaurant, “La Barra de César Anca”, in one of the most emblematic areas of Alicante city, the Explanada promenade, whose aim is to create a Mediterranean atmosphere and enjoyable experience. This restaurant is also a cuisine school where a huge quantity of chefs are being trained and learn every year from César Anca and his team.

César Anca is also a cuisine teacher in “Club Happy” of “El Corte Inglés” where he gives cuisine courses for children, awakening interest, excitement and amusement in children.

He also teaches “Diver Chef” children’s course, an annual activity taking place in “Centro Comercial Gran Vía”, a shopping centre in Alicante with Carrefour cooperation.

His grand cuisine has been received a lot of awards along all these years and has achieved the gourmet palate excellence.
